This item is in FAIRLY GOOD condition. The tie rod goes from the lower steering post to the spindle. It measures 11.25". It does not have any cracks. It is straight. It has some scratches and wear marks. It includes everything pictured. The ball joint moves free, but has some light rust. The threads are good. One of the ball joints has a small amount of free play.
